A FREE 30 minute consultation is offered to all new clients who desire this service.  This allows you the opportunity to meet with me, ask any questions you may have regarding the counseling process, and assess whether or not you feel that we could work well together.  I firmly believe that a good therapeutic relationship is essential if counseling is to be successful.

Individual counseling is offered to assist you with your own personal challenges.  Through the support and challenge of counseling we will seek to find solutions that will work for you and accomodate your individual needs.

Relationships are ever evolving and often challenge us in multiple ways.  In couples counseling I provide a neutral, safe and supportive environment in which these challenges can openly be discussed, offering possible solutions designed to strengthen your relationship and improve communication skills to assist you with future challenges.

Counseling designed to include your family unit in which family challenges, conflicts and concerns can openly be addressed.  This process allows each family member the ability to express their own thoughts and opinions in a safe and neutral environment so that everyone can work together to resolve the presenting issue.

HOW TO TELL THE KIDS:  30 minute consultation to assist parents in addressing their divorce with their children.  Includes a list of resources, answers to your questions and concerns, and a general idea of what to expect and how to identify warning signs that your child may be struggling with your divorce.

As parents we often find ourselves struggling with the challenges that our children can present us with.  This service is designed to assist you in finding new ways to meet these challenges in ways that will minimize conflict work with your busy schedule, and enhance your relationship with your child/children.
